The release of Sailor Moon Eternal has seen treats for fans of the iconic anime series pop up in Japan, including official themed cafes. Now with the second part of the movie set to open in theaters February 11th, Japanese convenience store Lawson is celebrating by releasing a set of traditional Japanese sweets modeled after Sailor Moon felines, Luna and Artemis!
The two cats are reimagined as delicious mochi cakes with different expressions. The Luna mochi contains custard flavored red bean paste, while the Artemis mochi is filled with maple flavored red bean paste.
The Sailor Moon Luna and Artemis mochi cakes will be available at Lawson stores nationwide in limited quantities starting February 16th.
