Traditional techniques and ceramic technology to make coffee delicious!
The Ceramic Coffee Filter was born from the traditional Japanese techniques of Aritayaki ceramic ware, which has a history of 400 years. It removes up to 70% of the extraneous flavor impurities by filtering coffee through micron-sized holes.
The team which developed this filter conducted careful research not only in the size and number of holes suitable for coffee extraction but also the speed of drip to create the best brew.

It's very easy to use. All you need to do is to put coarsely ground coffee beans directly into the ceramic filter and slowly pour hot water over it. The brewing will be completed in about 4 minutes.

Filtering through ceramic achieves an excellent extraction, removing impurities as well as the tell-tale saltiness which sometimes characterizes under-extracted coffee, all of which results in a mellow, satisfying coffee taste.

Taste test: We tried the Paperless Ceramic Coffee Filter
You must be wondering what coffee filtered with ceramic tastes like.
Our Grape reporter made coffee with the Paperless Ceramic Coffee Filter and compared it to the paper filter he usually uses.

First, he set the ceramic filter on the stand. It felt rough to touch, which inspired confidence in our reporter. "This feels like a filter that will do a good job," he thought.

You can place it directly on the mug, but we recommend using a stand so you can easily see how much coffee has been extracted.
After putting in coarsely ground coffee beans and slowly pouring in hot water, the extraction began and coffee began streaming from the bottom of the filter.

The extraction speed of the ceramic filter was a little slower than the paper filter. For the time being, our reporter couldn't tell any difference in terms of the aroma wafting up from both filters.

Now for the taste. Our reporter found that the coffee made with the paper filter had a strong acidity, but the coffee made with the ceramic filter had far less acidity. Moreover, the taste of the coffee beans felt more intense.
There was no lingering bitterness and only a refreshing flavor remained. Our reporter thought that even those who usually don't drink black coffee would enjoy this. He was quite surprised how different the coffee tasted just by changing the filter.
We highly recommend you try it for yourself!

After enjoying your coffee, rinse the filter thoroughly with water. If you combine it with a paper filter, it will not only taste better but will also be much easier to wash.
Even if you take good care of your filter, it may become difficult to make coffee after a long period of use. In such cases, boiling or grilling the filter over an open flame will remove the sediments clogging the holes and allow you to use it longer.

The Paperless Ceramic Coffee Filter is available in three varieties: A triangular V-shaped filter, a rounded filter with a rounded bottom, and a smaller rounded type which is easy to use for small quantities.
