It's (understandably) easy to focus on the filling of delicious rolls, but the wrapping we pack them up in can be just as important in preparing a dish. VEGHEET, a new series of plant-based food wraps in Japan, aims to add flavor, color, nutrition, and a helping hand to farmers all in one serving.

Courtesy of Good Good Mart, a Japanese startup focused on environmentally friendly and nutritious products, VEGHEET is a series of 100% plant-based vegetable sheets made from perfectly edible "imperfect" vegetables that would usually be wastefully discarded. In an effort to curb food waste and support struggling farmers, they've transformed them into additive free flavorful veggie sheets made using only vegetables and agar.

VEGHEET is available in four different types: carrots, pumpkins, tomatoes, and radishes. The colorful thin veggie sheets are easy to use in cooking, making them a great way to add color to your dishes.

More information about VEGHEET can be found at the company's official website.
