Burger King kicks off the New Year diet with Guilty Butter Croquette Sandwich in Japan
While the current seasonal star of McDonald's Japan's menu is its popular winter croquette burger topped with Angus beef Bolognese sauce, the chain recently introduced a lineup of cheeseburgers that included a Spicy Double Cheeseburger, Double Cheeseburger Sausage McMuffin, Triple Cheeseburger, and a new Rich White Double Cheeseburger.
Wanting to find out the difference between the new Rich White Double Cheeseburger and the standard one, we headed to our local McDonald's to do some burger tasting.

Comparing it to the regular Double Cheeseburger, you can see the main difference is in the name, as the new Rich White Double Cheeseburger uses white cheddar cheese and mildly flavored Monterey Jack cheese sauce to give the standard Double Cheeseburger a luxurious creamy and rich upgrade fitting of the winter season.
