As if Pikachu and Eevee weren’t already cute enough, Bandai Namco has come up with a new collection of Valentine’s Day-themed merch starring the two Pokémon favorites.
The “Pokemon More! Cute! Campaign in NAMCO” is bringing two new types of plush toys to Namco crane games all over Japan. The first type is one of Pikachu, standing at – or should we say lying down at? – 35 centimeters (13.7 inches) tall. The iconic electrical Pokémon is seen atop a pink heart, and this plush toy will be released in the last week of January 2022.
The next type features the adorable Eevee alongside Pikachu, with both Pokémon hugging a heart-shaped pouch that’s the perfect size to store small items such as lipsticks. Measuring a height of 22 centimeters (8.6 inches), this duo will see a later release starting from the fourth week of February 2022.
In addition to the plush toys, Namco is holding a raffle of other Valentine’s Day-themed Pokémon merchandise as part of the campaign. The prizes include a printed small blanket and a set of handheld mirrors featuring other popular Pokémon such as Mimikyu and Snorlax.
The raffle can be joined by using participating crane game machines during the campaign period of January 28 to March 20, 2022. More details can be found on Namco’s campaign website .
