Beginning today, May 16th, 2022, Suntory Foods International Ltd. is launching a campaign in which its famous BOSS brand of coffee, now celebrating its 30th anniversary, is collaborating with the popular game Uma Musume Pretty Derby, which has been downloaded more than 13 million times.
In addition to their TV commercials which, ever since 2006, have starred Tommy Lee Jones as an alien who is visiting earth and observing humans in Japan as he works a variety of jobs, Suntory's BOSS coffee is equally famous for their vintage style sukajan jackets featuring the iconic BOSS logo showing the face of a man smoking a pipe.
This new campaign will feature a variety of original collaboration goods featuring the horse girls from Uma Musume: Pretty Derby wearing various BOSS jackets selected from their 30-year history.

Details of the campaign will be announced on the official BOSS Twitter account (@_craftboss) as they become available, but the main focus will be on an original BOSS jacket based on the design of the Tracen Academy official tracksuits worn by the horse girls during their training, with "acceleration skill" built into the design in the form of two "reverse thrust" fans in the back.
To apply, follow the official BOSS Twitter account (@_craftboss), and post a tweet with the hashtags #ウマ娘ボスジャン and #加速スキル付きボスジャン between now and June 30th, 23:59 (JST). 10 lucky winners will be chosen.
