Japanese creative planner and designer Michiru (@mitiruxxx) sure has been wowing with impressive and quirky designs this year on their Twitter account. Most recently, their idea for a pencil sharpener that transforms into a frilled lizard when used had many online in awe and clamoring for one of their own.
The talented designer has once again cooked up a "so smart why didn't I think of it?" design that's made a big splash on Twitter, particularly among avid readers. Michiru's latest awesome design is that of a sticky-note bookmark that recreates a dog-eared page in your book.

The clever and playful design has gotten viral acclaim, with many bookworms appreciating the idea of dog-earing a page in your book without actually having to do it and risk damaging the page. Like most of Michiru's awesome ideas, it unfortunately isn't an actual commercial product but simply a conceptual design. Hopefully one day Michiru's resume of cool and practical designs can be realized, however.
