As technologically advanced as Japan might seem, it’s surprisingly difficult to find areas that provide free wifi. It might not be a huge issue for people who live in the country and always have service on their phones, but for travelers without that luxury, free wifi spots are crucial to planning and navigating a trip in a foreign land.
While airports and most Starbucks locations provide free internet service, you can’t always count on finding one nearby. But many people aren’t aware that quite a lot of cafes offer access to free wifi, while serving aromatic coffee and delicious food at the same time.
So for all future (and current) travelers to Tokyo, we’ve compiled a list of 8 cafes in Tokyo where you can find free wifi, and satisfy your hunger at the same time. We’ll warn you in advance though — you might end up wanting to stay at these relaxing locales all day!
