Summer’s almost over, but the scorching heat is still ever-present in what we expect to be the last few weeks of the season. And thanks to watermelons, Japan’s favorite summer fruit, we think we’ll survive the remaining days of sun and sweat.
At least, watermelons seem to be what 9-year-old Chatora will be relying on for his last days of summer. Chilling inside a carved out watermelon with a little watermelon helmet on his furry head, the adorable cat looks to be reminiscing in his most exciting summertime adventures, and contemplating the upcoming end-of-the-year.
Chatora isn’t wasting any time inside the watermelon, though, and swiftly exits his juicy abode when he’s ready to jump back into action, perhaps to work on another balancing act with his fellow feline siblings.
