Japanese retailers have a reputation for churning out quirky wearable indoor goods for those who prefer a more sedentary lifestyle, such as the ultimate pajama-set for lazy people, as well the cat-cuddler's jumpsuit. Now Japanese online retailer Bibilab is offering up a bedding for those who love being lazy and also smothered in pigtails, and it's called The Great Justice Twin Tails Pillow.

It's titled and marketed as a "pillow", but with its size and shape, you could quite easily turn it into a bed, especially in a Japanese household. If you're wondering why it is called a "Twin Tails" pillow, that's simply what the Japanese call pigtails. The hairstyle has a certain extra level of appeal in terms of kawaii aesthetic, and is also somewhat fetishized by many subcultures. Japan has even founded an official Twin Tails Association, and fondness for the hairstyle can be seen simply by observing pop singers, anime, and video game characters. And now--it's a bed-pillow combination ready to swallow you whole.

So it's not an unfair assumption to say that the need for a giant pigtail shaped pillow-bed comes from a country that has a thriving pop culture boom for the hairstyle. It's a giant, micro-bead filled pillow-cushion that can double as bedding. Bibilab markets its comfortability and flexibility as a fluffy and stylish way of giving you peace of mind while you relax. Because of its filling and being relatively thin, it can be positioned to wrap around you, cuddle with you, or simply be used as a pillow that makes you appear as if you have gigantic pigtails!

It comes in smooth velvet and silky spandex varieties. Bibilab recommends the blue spandex Hatsune Miku type for use during the Spring to early Fall, while they recommend the velvet type for Winter through Spring.
