We've seen some really awesome Studio Ghibli-inspired art before, but Randomdorkgirl's Princess Mononoke birthday present might just take the cake. Her mother pulled out all the stops and created this awesome Princess Mononoke Terrarium, which contains the cute and mysterious Kodama--tree inhabiting spirits of Japanese folklore and the classic Studio Ghibli film. In a reddit post, Randomdorkgirl writes that her mom worked on it slowly for months, and that it's her first time attempting this sort of project.
For a first time effort, she absolutely nailed the charming spirit of the film, and definitely made a memorable gift for her daughter!
