One of Japan’s most popular chocolate bars now has a corn soup flavor

Ramen may not sound like a traditional Valentine's Day culinary celebration, but Japanese ramen chain Kourakuen might be looking to change that with their latest noodle concoction--chocolate ramen!
The ramen soup base is actually soy sauce, but it has an addition of cacao oil to it as well as a whole chocolate bar. The hot soy sauce broth melts the bar, creating a thick chocolate soy sauce hybrid soup. Most early reviews say it's surprisingly good and has rich and salty taste with a thick chocolate finish. It's available for 520 yen until February 14th.
