While it may be hard to rank the contenders for Japan's best convenience store fried chicken (tartar sauce stuffed karaage nuggets being a recent favorite), there's no doubt that FamilyMart's Famichiki (short for FamilyMart Chicken) is among them.
The fried chicken is so popular make-at-home sets with its special cooking oil have been released, as have FamiChiki flavored potato chips.
So while FamiChiki clearly has its fans, most would probably say that cuddling up to a greasy piece of fried chicken would be a bridge just a bit too far. Creator and Twitter user Fuwa Eftal (@Fuwaff14) may convince them otherwise, however. They've turned FamiChiki into an adorable plushie!

FamiChiki comes in tearable paper bags (both to serve as packaging and to keep your fingers grease-free as you eat it), so Fuwa Eftal spared no attention to detail in crafting both an adorable fried chicken plushie but a cover that perfectly replicates the packaging and label. As an added touch, it even comes with a FamilyMart sticker used to seal the packaging in the first place.
They even included instructions on how to reheat the FamiChiki on the back.

Many on Twitter found plushie absolutely adorable, but one comment may have put it the best: "A FamiChiki that fills your heart, not your stomach!"
