The bubble tea boom in Japan hasn't showed any signs of slowing down. Along the way boba train in Japan has made stops at stations that include tapioca beer, a bubble tea theme park, and even a boba pizza from Domino's.
Trendy Taiwanese boba chain The Alley has also made it big in Japan, and their latest offering is a boba breakfast spin to celebrate the opening of their branch in the Umeda area of Osaka--tapioca toast!
The new shop will be offering four bubble tea-themed toast dishes with brown sugar tapioca pearls, using the high quality bread from local Umeda bakery "colors", which is known for being crunchy but juicy.

The series will go on sale exclusively on June 4th at the Umeda location of The Alley.
