Partly meant to celebrate the release of the Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time film, 2020 has seen a lot of interesting Neon Genesis Evangelion goodies released in Japan, including Asuka-inspired Fender guitars, a life sized Evangelion attraction at a Kyoto theme park, and even Evangelion-themed Tamagotchi that let you raise Angels as pets.
This year also sees the return of golf equipment inspired by the iconic anime, with the EVA Golf series of goods.
The newest releases in the series include plushie-type golf club protective covers for drivers, modeled after Sachiel and Pen Pen.
Both the club covers (6,600 yen) and flip up markers (2,500 yen) are available from Rakuten and Yahoo Shopping Japan, as well as golf stores throughout the country.
