Model Tsubasa Masuwaka Charms Fans with Her “Jirai-Onna” Makeup and Tutorial
Just as we posted about the so-called "the most beautiful girl in the world", we just found another child model that we find is just as beautiful.
Meet Connie-Rose Seabourne, a 2-year-old toddler already has two model contracts. According to reports, when modeling agencies said they were interested in Connie-Rose, her mum Julie Britton told them about her Down's Syndrome, but Julie says "no one even batted an eyelid".

Julie believes that having Down's syndrome does not define her daughter Connie-Rose: "She has Down's syndrome, it's not that she is Down's syndrome".
Connie-Rose is definitely one beautiful girl - we hope her exposure in public would help make a positive change about Down's syndrome.
