In recent years, Burger King Japan has been gung-ho about including gargantuan limited-edition one-pound beef burgers in their menu. Whether it's the Strong Super One Pound Beef Burger, the Maximum Super One Pound Beef Burger, the bunless Extreme One Pound Beef Burger, the spicy Strong Magma Super One Pound Beef Burger or the Tokyo Teriyaki Tower Super One Pound Beef Burger, diners with big appetites have had their fill of one-pound beef burgers.
But now it's 2022 and Burger King, in their infinite wisdom, decided to unleash another one-pound beef behemoth. Perhaps inspired by the Winter Olympics in Beijing, their latest entry into the monster burger market is named the "King Yeti" Super One Pound Beef Burger.
Although we've never seen one, we're sure a normal yeti would be amazing enough, let alone a King Yeti.
Covered in white (like a yeti?), this burger gets its white "coating" from mounds of melting white Gouda cheese and mild Caesar dressing.
We thought we may be able to tame this beefy beast, so we ordered one as soon as it became available on Friday, February 18th.
At first glance, you can already see that it's a sizeable burger, even for Burger King.

Really beefy, cheesy with a mild tang of Caesar dressing, and then beef, beef, beef... It was definitely a challenge finishing it but (with a bit of help from other "volunteers"), we finally did it!
And then the King Yeti enjoyed rampaging inside our stomach for a while before settling down, as we vowed to hit the gym even harder than usual over the weekend.
It's satisfying but definitely not something to eat every day!
If you enjoy your King Yeti at a Burger King location, you can even get one of these nifty stickers to commemorate the occasion.
The “King Yeti Super One Pound Beef Burger” will set you back 1,750 JPY and will be available until March 3rd, 2022, every day from 2pm.
