A state of emergency declared in Japan due to the ongoing pandemic has once again delayed the release of the final film in Neong Genesis Evangelion's Rebuild of Evangelion series, Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time, but that hasn't slowed down a tide of merchandise celebrating the anticipated film. Evangelion Tomagotchi and Schick razor blades inspired by the upcoming movie.
Fashion designer Anna Sui, who has plenty of experience teaming up with popular anime for stylish releases, is adding to the growing list of Evangelion goods with a lineup of 12 items inspired by Neon Genesis Evangelion.
The collaboration features bags, wallets, t-shirts, and towels designed featuring EVA-unit, characters, and even angels, particularly using the aesthetic of them in the upcoming film.
